Oil changes are taking longer I have been taking my vehicle to the Kia service department since I purchased it in 2015 and the last several times I have taken my vehicle in for an I have been taking my vehicle to the Kia service department since I purchased it in 2015 and the last several times I have taken my vehicle in for an oil change with a scheduled appointment the service has taken more than an hour to complete. With my last visit I had an appointment and had my vehicle at the service center on time but for some reason only an oil change took an hour and 40 mins. I will not be using their service center in the future. More
