Mike went out of his way and spent lots of time with us! My daughter found her Kia Sportage online and fell in love. We live in SE Iowa which is a 2 hr and 45 minute drive but Mike Patterson arranged for a My daughter found her Kia Sportage online and fell in love. We live in SE Iowa which is a 2 hr and 45 minute drive but Mike Patterson arranged for a driver to meet us halfway so that she could test drive the vehicle and keep it overnight. This was HUGE! Needless to say, she went back the following day and purchased the vehicle. Mike was very helpful from the time the first phone call was made until the deal was done...which I might add took well over one week since we had lots of concerns as parents with our young daughter purchasing her first newer car. Since most of the correspondence was between Mike and myself over the phone, I felt like we were becoming fast friends after almost a weeks time. Novy is the best! I've been in the market for a bigger car for awhile and been shopping around. He forwarded my information to Novy who got back to very quick. Novy took time out of his day to send me a video of the whole car since I've been very busy with my business and ran all my information for me ahead of time.
