A great experience I had messed up a wheel shortly after purchasing our car. There was no way I was going to "live" with it this early on. I called the service center an I had messed up a wheel shortly after purchasing our car. There was no way I was going to "live" with it this early on. I called the service center and spoke with Cole about suggestions for someone to fix it. He called "their" guy and had an appointment made for the end of the week!! I took it in at 8am and a great gal, who was filling in for the other person who was on vacation, took me home and around 1pm was in my driveway, ready to take me back to get my car. The wheel looked brand new, excellent job!! It turned out to be a very pleasant experience from beginning to end. Cole was very professional and made sure the repair person would be there before I was taken home. Also, there was a recall on an electronic cluster that we didn't know about and they took care of that so we didn't have to make an extra appointment to get that taken care of. We LOVE our car and have been very impressed with Kia, Derek, Cole, and several others, that of course I don't remember their names. You are always greeted with a smile at the front desk and made feel welcomed. More

Traded 2014 Cadenza for new 2017 Cadenza. Appointment DUH ??? And coupons watch out We called about 3 weeks ahead for an appointment to get our oil changed as we had other business in town. The appointment was at 9am. We were told it would be over an hour wait as 3-4 vehicles were ahead of us. How can that be when you schedule an appointment 3 weeks in advance . I had a coupon for the special oil change deal going on at that time . When my car was finally in the service area I was informed that it needed an air and cabin filter , the cost for both filters was $55 to which I agreed . When the service was completed the cont should have been $82 with the coupon but I was charged $105. I was hurried because of the delay and called later to find out the the coupon had not been applied. The work has always been good with no issues on any service we have but I have to say watch your wallet . Make sure you are charged correctly. More
