I would like to thank Tim Eads and the Mgr Steve in the Service department. Had my car in for an oil consumption test and oil change. Do not pay cash for your vehicle. They really want you to use their financial resources. They will use the sale tactics that someone else is already approved with their financial assi They really want you to use their financial resources. They will use the sale tactics that someone else is already approved with their financial assistance and they get kickbacks from them. The internet price that says what you pay is not the final price. They add more than what’s listed on the internet. Be sure to check the dipstick if they say they change the oil. In this case they just put a sticker on it and never change the oil or filter. On the way home, the ac quit working. I told the salesman and service guy, but no response. We bought the car because of the car. It was a specific model that we have been looking for. The car sold itself. Definitely do the carfax. Their version didn’t show all about the car. We’re huge Ford customers and have bought many cars through several dealerships. The car has been great so far. So just depending on what you’re looking for it might be the place for you, but just know what you’re getting into and do your homework. I will have to say that Robert, the salesman did pay $25 of his own money because I told him I didn’t feel like I’m getting a good deal. More
