I am disappointed in the Rev Rewards program & free oil changes for a year. I think it doesn’t make sense that they start the year when you purchase your vehicle & NOT when you get your first oil change. I changes for a year. We were scammed! We chose a vehicle and we were persuaded to get a different one, even though they knew our situation. We felt rushed because they were closing. All we want to do is return the vehicle and go on our merry way to a more customer based dealership as opposed to someone just out to make money! We were outright lied to! We have never been treated so poorly when trying to buy a car! They said all the right things while we were there just to get the sale. They misled us on the sale completely! So many lies!
