Repair of AWD system I have a 2011 Kia Sorento, which had issues with the AWD. After terrible experiences at Matt Castrucci, more than two times, I take my car to Kia of I have a 2011 Kia Sorento, which had issues with the AWD. After terrible experiences at Matt Castrucci, more than two times, I take my car to Kia of Dayton. They are found to be honest, reliable and timely. Kia has one of the best warranties in the auto market which is a major factor of my purchase. They were able to not only repair the AWD without a problem under warranty. But also repaired two switches which were failing at a reasonable cost. They also covered a rental car under warranty, no questions asked. In my book they step up to back this little car, which is more than GM, Ford or any other auto company does any more. More

1st Time Visit for PCM Update All started with the friendly service scheduler very nice to speak with! Made arrangements to drop off vehicle all went smooth. I get nervous leaving my vehicle with anyone , but felt pretty comfortable at this KIA dealer. They called the next day PCM programming update per product improvement letter I received went great. Pickup was a breeze very nice employees I chatted with briefly! Cannot ask for much more super nice and hope all experiences here will go the same in the future.....even got a free car wash voucher nice.... Thanks again....Dave More
