Kia of Dayton I took my car to Kia of Dayton for new tires and alignment because they gave me a great deal. When checking in, I mentioned a concern I had with another issue. It turned out to be a potentially big problem, but they caught it early, fixed it, and didn't break my budget in the process. Very friendly and attentive staff. I dropped my car off to be inspected for an air bag sensor warning light and found out that the part would need to be ordered and it would take a few I dropped my car off to be inspected for an air bag sensor warning light and found out that the part would need to be ordered and it would take a few days to receive. I was asked if I would like a rental car and I was shown to the lounge area and offered drinks and snacks. I was given a ride over to the rental company and was on my way home within an hour of my visit. The problem was fixed on the day that they said and I was very satisfied with the repair. Staff was great and I fully understood all parts of the process. I would have no issue with taking this car back to this service department in the future. More
