Kia of Dayton by far better then Matt Castrucci !!!!! I started taking my car to Kia of Dayton instead of Matt Castrucci which is only 3 minutes from my house..so I drive 35 minutes longer. Everyone that works there, greets you with a smile, they speak to you like a person. When I call to get an appointment...I never wait over a week and usually it's less. I cant brag enough how friendly and of the great work that they do!!!! Matt Castrucci's service department is awful, no customer service, they dont listen to you...when you know how your car is, the service manager is rude and unprofessional and I have been lied to by the service manager x2....hints my free oil changes they have me!!!
