Wanted to charge me $677 for a $15 spark plug. Took my car in a different time and asked them to rotate my tires. Charged me for this service, but never rotated them. They were also supposed to check the tire as well and said they didn’t see anything wrong with it. Took it somewhere else and they found a screw and repaired in ten minutes. Kia of Dayton are thieves! Never again! Will not ever buy another Kia because of the service department. More
