Even more so when the vehicle has to be returned days later due to a mis-ordered part. A shuttle ride is of no help if it makes you an hour late for work and can't get you to your home after work, or back to work the next day. That said, the waiting room is comfy and well stocked. WiFi works. I've never had a problem with checkout or payment. Oil changes go smoothly. More

Best experience I've had My wife and I went looking and was impressed with the cars that they had. We weren't 💯 sold on a new car, but went looking. We meet with Robert and he didn't pressure us into a sale, and I personally liked that. He gave a couple of days to think about it. So when we had finally decided that was the route we wanted to take he was ready with the car that we wanted and we're able to finish the paperwork in about 30 minutes. It took them longer to get the car ready than the paperwork. We just had our first oil change and everyone remembered who we are, and we're out in a very timely manner. I would definitely buy from them again. More

The staff were helpful, cost was reasonable, and lucky me, they had time to do it right then! About 60 minutes later, I was back on the road. Bought a new kia sportage in March 2018 a top of the line. Bought a top of the line Kia sportage in March 2018. I feel like we didn't get the blind that hides what you have in the rear of car. I was told it was fully loaded with every possible option. I made an appointment to have oil changed on line and when I got there ,I was told I didn't have an appointment. They did go ahead and change the oil but acted like it put them out to do it. I asked for the blind cover but was told I'd have to pay $202. for it and I feel that is wrong! will never buy from this dealer again. More

Love my 2018 Kia Optima This is my first Kia, I just love this car. I've been dealing with this dealership for nearly 20 years. Back when it used to be a Saturn dealership. This is my first Kia, I just love this car. I've been dealing with this dealership for nearly 20 years. Back when it used to be a Saturn dealership. And I bought Saturns from them as well. In fact I traded my 2009 Saturn in for the Kia. I've always been treated with kindness and respect from everyone there. If you want great service you will get it from Kia of Dayton. More

I mean, you go in, tell the salesperson which car you want to test drive or purchase and sign some papers. Voila. Keys are in your hand for the test drive. If you decide that’s the car you want, talk price, trade-in options, financing or payment. Sign papers and drive off in your new car. I added some wind guards and my salesman installed them. Also ordered a trailer hitch and took the car up a couple of days after purchase to have it installed. Was given a rental to use until my car was ready later the same day. My experience was very positive as regards the friendliness of those who worked with and the level of customer service. More
