Soulful experience. Kelly Bush was extremely nice, helpful and informative. I totalled my 2014 Soul in January, and my husband surprised me by buying me a new one. Kia Forte Help I have been to this dealership twice now to have assistance with and maintenance for my Kia Forte. Both times I have been treated with the most hospit I have been to this dealership twice now to have assistance with and maintenance for my Kia Forte. Both times I have been treated with the most hospitable workers. This dealership has always done beyond good work for me and at much better prices than other dealerships I got quotes from. I have worked with both the body shop and the service center and they have gone above and beyond what you would think somebody was willing to do to help you. The service center gentlemen also remember me and have asked a couple times how my car is doing. They really do seem to care about you and your vehicle. Recently, with the body shop, I had the antenna replaced on my car and not only did they repair the dent around the area and the antenna, they even cleaned off residue from what I used to keep the inside of the car and its components clean and dry. They did this at HALF the price I was quoted from another local dealership, and almost three times as fast. I would highly recommend using this dealership for anything that you may need in relation to your vehicle. More
Brandon Lewis -- excellent Service Adviser I have had my KIA Optima just 3 years and my sound system beeped and stopped working. There was no sound, no back up camera, nothing. It was as thoug I have had my KIA Optima just 3 years and my sound system beeped and stopped working. There was no sound, no back up camera, nothing. It was as though the software would not boot up completely. We called our local dealership where we had purchased our KIA (Matt Castrucci, Miamisburg OH) and were told we could not get an appointment for service for two months due to a lack of staff to address the safety recall! UNACCEPTABLE! We called KIA of Dayton (Huber Heights OH) and made an appointment for service with them just 2 days later. Brandon Lewis, Service Adviser, was most accommodating -- a refreshing mix of professional yet personable and efficient. Diagnostics was ran and it was found that the audio control head needed replaced -- a $1,300 repair. An OUTRAGEOUS expense for a sound system that lasts only 3 years. Not the quality I had expected for a KIA. I paid the $110 bill for the diagnostics and explained my displeasure. Brandon was most gracious and referred me to the 1-800 KIA Service Center. More
