Lowball trade offer The dealership is now called G&G Kia. Went there for recall service - while there talked to a sales rep who wanted to give me value of our Kia. I wasn't looking to trade but thought I may as well see what our KIA was worth. Felt ganged up on by a number of rep's from the dealership. Walked away as wasn't interested. I later run NADA on my vehicle and fine that they low balled me!! Can't trust them! More

long wait for lowball trade offer Went in to see if could work a deal on a vehicle. Made me wait 45 min for an offer on my trade of 2750 lower than nada rough trade in. David my salesm Went in to see if could work a deal on a vehicle. Made me wait 45 min for an offer on my trade of 2750 lower than nada rough trade in. David my salesman brought me the the offer and said he was sorry he knew I was going to leave. No one from management came out to explain the offer they are also not upfront about fees. The good news is it gave me the best laugh I've had in awhile. I guess that is the best way to some up my experience this place is a joke. Couldn't put make it was a Oldsmobile. More
