Almost made it a 5 star rating.........but The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they failed to have the VIN etched on the windows. This was not an option I needed/wanted but The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they failed to have the VIN etched on the windows. This was not an option I needed/wanted but when the $199 is pre printed on the contract one would think that it was already done. This is not the first dealership that this has happened to me at so I kind of wonder if it’s a normal practice whereas they figure if 5-7 people don’t catch it......... I’ve sent some emails to the dealership and am just waiting for them to get back to me. I hope they take care of this prior to the Kia survey is sent to me. More

Great Service!! Jeff and the guys is service did a great job on my new Stinger. The car was making an odd ticking noise - you know - one of those things you can jus Jeff and the guys is service did a great job on my new Stinger. The car was making an odd ticking noise - you know - one of those things you can just never get to happen while the mechanic is listening. These guys took the time to listen to what I was saying - and then to duplicate exactly what I was telling them. Sure enough they were able to isolate the cause - get the new part sent over and get it fixed right away. I was very nervous as this is a new car for Kia and I knew it was their first time working on the twin turbo version. Jeff knew I was apprehensive and called me several times to give me updates and let me know what was going on. He then went above and beyond - offering to stay a little late to wait for me so I could go pick the car up(after I told him I would be there in an hour - 3 hours before that!!!). Can't recommend these folks enough. More
