Great Experience I was sent a letter in the mail about trading in my older Kia for a newer one. I went and met with Ryan and he was knowledgeable and able to get me o I was sent a letter in the mail about trading in my older Kia for a newer one. I went and met with Ryan and he was knowledgeable and able to get me out of my current car loan and into a new car lease. They worked with me and were very reasonable. I got an excellent discount on the car because I was leasing. They just made the whole process very comfortable and I was surprised at how fast they were in getting the deal done. I've bought cars at other dealerships before and been there all day. The whole process took about 3 hours max, from initial meeting and test drive, to signing paperwork to picking up the car. Marrissa in the office explained the terms of my new lease in terms that I could understand and was very pleasant to deal with. They had another person Jesse, who sat in the car with me before I drove away and explained everything about the features my new car offered and I really appreciated that. It was a great touch by the dealership because I'd probably still be sitting in my car with manual trying to figure it out. I have been to this Kia dealership before for service on my old Kia and my experiences have always been positive ones. Thanks to everyone for the great service and for putting up with me. More

Went in for an oil change. I called as a dissapointed customer from another Kia dealership. I was treated very hospitably by service advisor Jeff Smith. Once I arrived for my service, Jeff continued to make me feel like a valued customer and was very attentive to making my situation better than at the dealership I had been using prior. My one complaint was that my visit lasted over an hour just for an oil change and there was not many people there. I was pleased that I got a complimentary wash on the car, and the service was very reasonably priced. More
