Got it done Anthony got me through the door, plain and simple. If not for Anthony i may have not had the courage to give it a try, but after some time speaking with anthony avout what my current vehicle cost to operate it was a no brainer. Anthony did a great job pulling me off the fence. Dealing with mario was simple and straight forward, he clearly defined my expectations and worked to meet them as fast as possible. Not to mention Marissa was a pleasure to deal with as well and did a great job presenting my options. Jesse did a nice job delivering the keys and explaining some of the features thanks again guys. Great team so far. More

Upfront and honest One of my biggest concerns with a dealership is pricing honesty. The second is if they are listening to my needs vs. trying to sell me a package. Service My shark fin antenna was fixed and not only did they fix it but they also washed my car! That was a plus in my book. Great job. Upon arrival to drop of the loaner he even kept my engine nice and warm! Even had my steering and my seat warmers going for me.It doesn’t get any better then that! Great Customer Service I bought a car from kia and had a minor issue with my doors locking. I called kia’s service department and they were happy to fix it for me with no pr I bought a car from kia and had a minor issue with my doors locking. I called kia’s service department and they were happy to fix it for me with no problem. Also as soon as you walk in they acknowledge you by saying they will be right with you. Other places will completely pretend not to see you until they are ready to speak with you. I could not have asked for better customer service. Also Jeff has great humor to keep all customers happy and smiling. Thanks for your help! More

I was immediately greeted by the two men at the service station. They kept me well informed on the work being done and the time it would take . I was offered coffee and refreshments while I waited and in general all the staff was very friendly. The dealership was very clean and the waiting area very comfortable. They explained what was done in detail and when my car was brought to me it had been washed!!!!! Great first experience here. THANK YOU!! More
Nice place nice car but First of all you need to know I am an senior who doesn’t like car dealers. On top of that I am spending a lot of money for what I think is one of the First of all you need to know I am an senior who doesn’t like car dealers. On top of that I am spending a lot of money for what I think is one of the worst investment I can think of. My 23 year old car, that I was replacing, ran fine and was old enough to not depreciate or require much for property tax. Unfortunately it was rusting out and finally needed to go. That said I was not disappointed as you treated me atypical of what dealerships do. It’s a big place with lots of glass and there is an un-said but felt pressure to buy something. Kudos to you. The salesman was gracious, knowable, polite and showed us some nice cars so I give him high marks. I have one major complaint. I would liked to have known ahead of time (when we were discussing pricing with the salesman) exactly what “certification” meant and what other benefits the dealer was going to offered. Example: It wasn’t until we sat down to pay for the car that we found out about other offers that were available to us. There were 5 items (totaling $2500) as I remember. One was a paint maintenance offer for $500 plus dollars and another was a fairly inclusive offer that would warranty many of the other (outside of the power train) items in the car for $1565.00. These items would extend coverage to when the car reached 10 years and/or 100,000 miles. As you can tell I don’t like surprises and in some ways it cemented my feelings toward car dealers. I would have liked to have heard about these items earlier so that I would have had more time to decide which one if any I liked. It dawned on me that I was at a car dealer and this is just the way they do things. I thought about getting up and walking away right there. So the salesman and the gentleman who showed us how to manage/operate the car and radio/navigation system i give them 5 stars. As a dealership I give it 3 stars. More
