I don’t feel I get the diagnostic service I paid for. I knew what was wrong with the engine and I wanted to know exactly WHERE the issue was. Instead I got a “confirmation” of what I already knew, an unrequested vehicle inspection and a work estimate for $44,000 … I took the car to a different Kia dealer 2 days later and got exactly the information I requested with a repair estimate of $9500 which is the expected cost for the repair at the dealership. I definitely feel I wasted $250 and my time going to Kia of Everett. More
