I made an appointment to get ceramic coating applied to my car's exterior. Morgan was very helpful and courteous in explaining the process, and had my loaner car ready in a timely manner. Service Manager not honoring warranty for broken USB housing. Blamed it on user force despite no external damage to port and the pins being in tact. This is a known issue by KIA - easy to confirm online housing. Blamed it on user force despite no external damage to port and the pins being in tact. This is a known issue by KIA - easy to confirm online, that the internal housing for the port is known to fail on the 2023 Kia Sorento hybrid model. Also didn't provide me with written denial of why the warranty is not being honored, only a verbal. Morgan originally stated it would take up to 48 hours to confirm whether warranty covered replacing housing, then still tried to charge me $200 for diagnosis. When I pushed back and asked to speak to the manager suddenly I would get an answer right away. This was a very disappointing interaction. Expected better service based on other reviews, My warranty covers this, and thwy are not honoring it. More
