Not the best experience I’ve had so far. I feel like I am getting nowhere. Yes, they offered a rental car on the 6th day (today) of my vehicle being in service. So far, I’ve been told that they had to order new parts for this car: Tire sensors New Alternator New battery New seat belts???? Though the car was ready to be driven off the lot, turns out not so much. I am greatly displeased with this Kia Brandon Thomas ( he wasn’t even our sales advisor) tried to force us to purchase the "packages" they offer stating that we had to purchase them after going back and forth finally the “GM” was able to take them off Why did we have to go through all of that not sure? UPDATE: 07/10/23 7:57pm Wanted to get more info on what is going on with the car and when will it be ready. Was unable to. Spoke to a Michael Rodriguez 1st stated that we could not unwind the contract and that he needed to gather more information. Once he stepped away and came back stated that he could cancel after all and that it was done. Just like that and stated that I’ll get my check of $ 7,000 in 7 to 10 days that I put down for the car. Like what???!!! They did not have to wait that long for me to hand them that check. I would like it in writing that the contract is no longer a valid one along with the check. We agreed that nothing is to be done today until tomorrow when I can get that in writing along with my check. .... we walked out on that note. Received a call at 8:39 PM From Michael Rodriguez wanting for me to authorize the cancelation of the contract so that he may start the process, again I stated that I would prefer to do it where when he cancels I can receive it in writing that it is cancelled along with my check. So as of now, we agreed that all will be processed tomorrow. Let's pray and hope they keep their word. All I wanted was a car though I had found it sorry Chris YOU were great your coworkers not so much. (You started this sour experience) Smh this Kia does not represent kia well. 9th day was told car will be ready tomorrow Received a call not long after to be informed that they were installing the alternator (one in which i was told had already been installed and the only thing pending was seatbelts) so now it needs a new Engine! Aahh! im so tired what is really going on Kia? And I have yet to get a loaner car. How is this vehicle on your website for sale? when this is the car I "purchased" @3:49pm I literally just spoke to Ray Bellamine and agreed to cancel the purchase, how is it on the website before we had this conversation? They have yet to repair the vehicle Stay away from this car and dealership all together if you can. The audacity they dont care about our safety nor us as the consumer. Will be reporting them. We as the consumer need to make sure they are held responsible for their actions. How do you sale vehicle and they haven't gone through the state inspection? More

And nothing in writting stating that it got canceled, i asked them not to change anything until its in writing and check in my hand. I pray this gets better seeing as im still in this binding contract and yet to have a car in my possession. What can be done? 6th day today. They know they did wrong this is past the real issue here. You may hate my kind you were willing to put my family's safety at risk! How do you sale vehicles and they have not been fully processed? They have out the car back on the website remember i purchase this vehicle. Why did they put it back up, they did everything jerked me around for 10 days after purchase telling me a plethora of things wrong with the car. And it back up on the website for sale while it had been purchased? Do not purchase the " Certified pre owned" ( it cant pass the inspection) 2018 Kia sorento L silver 67700 miles however they posted it at 67600 I have pictures of all of it. More
I had three cars I was interested in buying. I contacted the dealer online and was told someone would get back to me right away. After several hours with no response, I emailed my contact and ne I contacted the dealer online and was told someone would get back to me right away. After several hours with no response, I emailed my contact and never got a response. I contacted another dealer that afternoon and they contacted me by email and text within 15 minutes. I bought my car there next day. I still haven't heard from Kia of Frisco. More
This place is a joke. Sent an email this morning about the availability of a used car. Was assured they had it and I made an appointment 45 minutes from the phone call. Drove 50 miles round trip and arrived on time for the appointment. Waited a few minutes and then was told the car wasn't there. No one took the time or consideration to tell me the car had been sold. I suspect that is was sold days before. The car is still up on their site too. They even have a sign in the lobby highlighting recognition for their great customer service. They just wanted to get me in the door to try sell me another car. Walked out the door and will never go back for a new or used car. There are lots of options in the Dallas market to buy a car so go somewhere else to buy. More
Worked with Charlie Findley. Listed at 36310.00. Contract came back with dealer installed items (ie Perm Plate $899,LoJac $899 and Tint $499) bringing total before taxes and doc. Listed at 36310.00. I was told by the financial department that I didn't know how to work my email when I asked for my paperwork for my kia.
