Brought in my Telluride for scheduled maintenance. Danny promptly greeted me and took care of checking me in. Kept me updated on the status of my vehicle and let me know when it was all done. I came in with a battery that died every 2 days after inactivity. Replaced the battery and alternator in 2024, but after an entire week of no communication and me having to constantly call them, they pro inactivity. Replaced the battery and alternator in 2024, but after an entire week of no communication and me having to constantly call them, they proceeded to say "it's the battery health" despite me previously replacing it and them hypothesizing it to be a parasitic draw. No one I knew believed them, but I sucked it up and paid. So I pick up my car, and they return it to me in the worst condition I've seen it thus far. Barely 100 feet outside the service center, my car is shaking violently with the engine light on. After a simple battery service and oil change! And for some reason, they tell me it's MY fault for not heeding a "spark plug tune-up" service suggestion that never even existed. Nowhere in my 8 recommended services did they suggest that my spark plugs could be acting up. And so, they left me the choice of paying a $240 diagnostic fee for a diagnosis that THEY missed, or a $600 spark plugs replacement. They messed up my car with no apology, and I had to pay the price, which I did. Needless to say, I am ecstatic at the thought of never going through a Kia Service Center ever again. More
