Claimed the car was in stock. Spoiler: it wasn’t. I waited around for an hour, starving, while they scrambled to find it. When they finally did? “Oh… we can’t sell it yet. It hasn’t been checked in.” Seriously? They promised not to run my credit. Guess what they did anyway? And just when I thought I was done, the same guy chased me into the parking lot trying to get me to sign a credit check form after running it. Unbelievable. We only bought the car because my wife had no transportation and we were desperate—otherwise I would’ve gladly walked away and never looked back. Oh, and the cherry on top? They sneaked in a theft protection plan I never agreed to. Dishonest. Pushy. Sloppy. This place is a masterclass in how NOT to run a dealership. More
