This was my 2nd time at this dealer. I didn’t wait long before I was greeted by the service rep. I was in last week to take my Kia Sedona that has had multiple problems. It had a new transmission put it about six months ago, and since i got it back it has been ticking. I called Gary and he told me t multiple problems. It had a new transmission put it about six months ago, and since i got it back it has been ticking. I called Gary and he told me to bring it in, when i did the mechanic told me it isn’t unusual for cars with high mileage. The ticking continued called Gary again. I brought my car back in, Gave me a loaner, (Gary has been very helpful) they called me the next day telling me i needed to replace a hose for $1295, that i had an oil gasket needing replacement, which i was told was replaced after my transmission had gone out, a transmission flush and a couple of other things for a total of 3500. Brad told me i had to leave it there. I didn’t. I took my car to a mechanic instead who told me that Kia was scamming me and charged me only $600 More
