Horrible. Lied to constantly for two days I gave 1 star because I can't give negative Stars. I bought a car and was told that they would deliver it to me the next day. However it is now 48 hou I gave 1 star because I can't give negative Stars. I bought a car and was told that they would deliver it to me the next day. However it is now 48 hours later and all I hear is it will be delivered. Max told me to call him to set the whole thing up and then just left. The manager, Danielle, laughed when my wife called and the Financial Manager, Sammy, his only response was to tell me to cancel the buy. I have never been treated so badly after spending $16,000 anywhere. A truly horrid experience. I doubt I will EVER work with KIA again. *To add to this review the car did NOT arrive until 10:30PM Wednesday. How is that ok?? It was also not fully charged. WOW. I have filed a complaint with Kia headquarters, lets see if they make this right. Be warned who you are working with here at KIA of IRVINE More

Best dealership experience I’ve ever had Came to get my car serviced and stepped inside to look at the Kia Telluride and see what was available in stock. Was aware of what a hot car the Tellu Came to get my car serviced and stepped inside to look at the Kia Telluride and see what was available in stock. Was aware of what a hot car the Telluride is right now. Staff at the store was amazing. They were quick, precise and unbelievably friendly.
