Buying a certified, pre-owned Soul EV. This is actually a 4.5 star rating. The service after the sale was fantastic (5 stars for sure), after a rough start (4 stars at best). Am ascribing the initial difficulties to the small number of these vehicles sold by any one dealership. After having to charge the car a few times since buying it, I now know the salesperson was unfamiliar with the charging mechanism, and his guidance on how far it could be driven on the existing charge was incorrect. Since that time, the dealership has done everything they promised to ensure the car was exactly as advertised, and for this I have to thank Robbie, whose efforts have been so helpful and friendly. If not for the fact that a round trip to Irvine from my home is more than the car's range, I would certainly make Kia Irvine the dealership for service in the future. Regardless, the car is just what I was looking for, I am very happy with the purchase, and heartily recommend Kia Irvine for their excellent customer service attitude and delivery. More
