After two days of hesitation, we finally settled on the all-electric with its peppier motor and 240-mile range. It was such a pleasure to work with Roz Barrett and Tony Young! Roz was very patient and relaxed through all our test drives and decision making. No pressure or swaying us whatsoever. I am female and so happy that I finally got to buy a car from a woman! Tony was very responsive in the negotiating. We brought a printout of the Kelley Blue Book new car value for the exact model, trim line, color, and extras we wanted. He copied it and came through with a good deal. The final step, financing, felt too rushed, and there was actually a hiccup, but it got sorted out. All in all, it was a positive experience. More
