Some great employees, poor communication an organization My experience was mixed. I received excellent customer service from sales associate Farhad. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles My experience was mixed. I received excellent customer service from sales associate Farhad. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was interested in and took the time to answer all of my questions. After negotiating for several hours and coming to an agreement with "the numbers guy" I informed the employees that I wanted to speak with my bank prior to purchasing the vehicle and that I would return the next day to complete signing for the paperwork . When I returned the next day I sat in the dealership for almost 2 hours waiting to sign the paperwork that was already supposed to be ready to go. When I finally got to the signing process with another employee they had no idea about any of the agreements that had been made the day before and only had paperwork for a completely different car with similar mileage and price but a completely different model. He couldn't find the paperwork for the car I was trying to buy and then began to try to renegotiate with me. I came back the next day and an employee named Kirk went above and beyond to fix all of the paperwork and to provide me with a better deal than before. I was out in 30 minutes. There are some good employees at kia of Irvine but they absolutely need to improve their communication between departments and organization. More

Soon after meeting him & explaining to him what was important to me in a car he mentioned that a car just came on the lot but hasn’t been detailed yet & I should look at it. Abbey showed me the car for Kevin & The car was past my expectations, PLUS and I New that I had to have it! It was in my price range and it was perfect in every way!! He was very understanding and made me feel like the business wasn't just all about selling for high profit and making a ton on the customers. My credit situation is not the best, not the worst either, but between Rabi and Sammy, they were able to make something happen. I was in a 2003 BMW 325i that had completely failed and had issues since I had purchased it from and got completely screwed by little buy-here pay-here in Anaheim, and now, I have a 2016 Forte5 EX and I couldn't be happier. Thanks guys! More
