He was very informative about what options were available at each trim level and helped us find the exact car we were looking for, with no pressure. He was very kind and patient. He even let us in the back lot to look at all the color options and trim levels that were not on display in front. We visited several dealerships and returned to work with Mike, as he was the most honest and helpful sales rep we found. When we decided to go with the Prestige X-Pro, Mike held it for us when we had to leave town, plus he ensured that we got a really good deal. If you are in the market for a Kia, I highly suggest you visit Mike in Irvine. More
Purchased my Kia from this dealer 5 months ago and developed an electrical problem. New service advisor scheduled appointment two weeks out with first available being a Saturday. Asked if an electrical tech would be working, SA didn't know. Drove in, no electrical tech on weekends. Told to bring back on a weekday, which was done. One week later, no calls to provide status and when I called was told no-one has touched it call back next day!! Called another dealer, picking it up and taking it to them (4 star rating on service). Would not recommend regardless! More

I found a Kia Sportage Hybrid for my wife. I called to check and make sure that they have the car and it wasn't in "transit," the word they use to say we might get one soon. The guy confirmed they had that particular one in stock and I asked for his price, he said we are $5000 over MSRP. I asked him why were they selling the vehicle for more than the MSRP. He hung up. It's one thing to try and jack up the price because your business fails to produce enough vehicles but it's another thing to try and rip off the customer and then just be rude. I guess that's why they are car salesmen. The good news is we found a Kia Sportage Hybrid closer to home with no scam markup. No idea who the employee was. More

Spoke to Anthony, I filled out the credit app and was approved (he ran my credit which was 811 FICO), I have my own financing at a better rate than what the dealership can offer. He asked for a $500 deposit to hold the car and take it off the market, as the vehicle would not be ready until the following day because it needed shock/strut service. I gave him the deposit. That evening, I received an email saying, "As it turns out the Soul was sold to another customer and we refunded your deposit of $500." xxx?! That is the entire point of a deposit was to ensure this didn't happen! No explanation, apology, or restitution. So now I don't have the car BUT since they needlessly ran my credit, my score has gone down 10 points for no reason, so I'm the one who suffers to get another car. This is unacceptable and would expect more from any legitimate dealership. More

It seems many other people have been baited and switched with their shady sales practice of posting an online price of a car and then being strong-armed into purchasing a TheftPatrol Service for 1495.00 and a service plan of 1,795.00. Both of these services are optional and they will not take them off the purchase price of the car. Then you have to go through more paperwork to cancel after the fact. (If they actually send the paperwork.) So, if you buy a car from them. Look at the online price and add about 3,200.00 more. The fiance guy has horrible! Do not buy a car from them! More

One of them (are car locator service for $1500), I was told was required if I wanted to purchase the car. I requested refunds for the other 8. They actually refunded 6 but told me I had already used the other 2. One was winshield (glass protection) and the other was paint protection (ceramic coating). The GM, Danielle Ortega said that they cannot refund the 2 items because I used them. This is an outright lie!. Danielle is not to be trusted, she knows they weren't used.. The owner Kevin Hardin is Danielle's boss, he can make this right, but I was told he isn't in that often and all contacts have to go through Danielle. I am going to put this review on yelp too. After reading many of the reviews they don't seem to care too much. Go someplace else! More
Road tested a Kia Carnival with Paul in early December 2021. We were supposed to get a $25 Amazon Gift Card in the mail as per their promotion. He said he would put me back into the system??? 05/16/2021 and still no response. Called and talket to one of the GM - Mike Khartabil. He said the card would be coming from corporate. They know nothing about it. They say it is a dealer's promotion. STILL NO CARD!!! This my friends can now be put in the scam column!😥 P.S. Bought a 2019 Kia from Kia of Cerritos with 10K miles on it. BEWARE! ! I had my 2019 KIA forte towed to the service department on May 31st 2022. Two weeks later they finally gave me a diagnosis of my vehicle needed a w ! I had my 2019 KIA forte towed to the service department on May 31st 2022. Two weeks later they finally gave me a diagnosis of my vehicle needed a whole new motor. Fast forward to June 28th 2022 I got a call saying my car was finally completed of all repairs needed. I got to pick up my car and go to drive away when I realize my front windshield is cracked half way across the windshield. Now the service department is saying there was a small crack in the windshield when it was dropped off and from being in the sun the crack grew. The picture clearly shows a water spot, not a crack!! I can't believe I'm being told this and it's their story they're running with. Even if there was a small crack and they know the sun makes it bigger xxx wouldn't they inform me about this? Instead I'm told by the manager that "KIA uses cheap glass and it happens all the time." Again, them knowing this and not taking the proper precautions for my vehicle in their care I'm basically being told "too bad." I have had nothing but horrible experiences with KIA, last year in August 2021 my transmission went out and now only 9 months later my engine has gone out and needed to be replaced. To top everything off the service department cracks my windshield and doesn't take responsibility and blames KIA for using cheap glass. The manger himself told me KIA vehicles "are ok vehicles for what you pay for them." I clearly understand that now. I'm greatly disappointed in the service overall due to the fact I took care of the loner vehicle like I would my own while they repaired my motor. Unfortunately have to get lawyers involved because I am done with all these problems KIA has given me!!! Below are photos of before and after of my vehicle.
