I have brought my Kia Sorento in 4 times because the air conditioning wasn't working. The last time the ac worked for one hour. I have been working with the service dept for 3 months now and am not pleased conditioning wasn't working. The last time the ac worked for one hour. I have been working with the service dept for 3 months now and am not pleased with the ac still not working. The last time I got a loaner for almost a week and the ac still didnt work after I left. The service dept I guess is doing everything they can but to no permanent results for the airconditioning. And we are in the hot months of summer. More

I was taken care of right away by a service technician. The waiting area was very comfortable and staff were very friendly. It was a bit crowded so I waited a little longer than anticipated.
