I would give 0 stars, if possible. I have been without a/c in my car (a Kia Niro EV) for three weeks. I went to Kia of Leesburg who said it was the a/c compressor so I had to wait for I have been without a/c in my car (a Kia Niro EV) for three weeks. I went to Kia of Leesburg who said it was the a/c compressor so I had to wait for them to order the part which came in the next day. Made an appointment for the next week when I had a day off. Waited six hours only to be told their a/c equipment for EVs was down. They called a service tech who wouldn’t be there for another week to fix it. Called them over and over the next week and the equipment is still not fixed. I asked them if I could take my vehicle to their sister dealership Kia if Clermont and was told “no”. No reason given they just “can’t really do that “. I asked if I could take the a/c compressor myself down there to get it fixed. I was told “no”. I asked for any kind of solution so I didn’t have to continue driving in 98 degree weather daily without a/c. They said there’s nothing that can be done. No offers of help or solutions just “too bad, so sorry for the inconvenience”. They don’t care about me and they don’t care about my two kids who also have to drive around in a hot car because they refuse to let Kia of Clermont have my a/c compressor and fix my vehicle. More
