Zach was very knowledgeable about the vehicle; no pressure; spent a lot of time explaing everything; made the deal I offered and even came to my house to pick up the paper work for my trade that I did not bring to the dealership. We took an 800 mile road trip the next day and was more that pleasently surprised how well the car handled being used to driving German cars. Great experience under difficult circumstances. Tim and General Manager J.R. went above and beyond in helping us resolve a huge problem with our elderly father's purchase of a KIA.
