We were very interested in a new Kia, but kept running into the stereotypical car salesmen. Dale at Bill Bryan Kia was the best person to work with in any car buying experience we have ever had! It felt like we had made a new friend. He wasn't afraid to speak up on our behalf when it came to finding us the best deal. Julius did our financing and he was great too! He worked around our schedule to get the deal done. Both of these gentlemen stayed after closing to make sure we were happy and able to drive that same night with our new car. I would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. Another bonus was the dealership itself-- a variety of snacks and drinks in the waiting area along with comfortable seating and tv. More

Attentive and knowledgeable salesmen Went in to buy a used crossover KIA for under $20K. Wife picked out one at $23K fully loaded with very low mileage. However, the reason I didn't give 5-stars is that it took for ever to do the paperwork...much longer than I had ever experienced. I paid cash, can't imagine how much longer it would have been if we were taking out a loan too. More

Gemoi Elliassaint was my salesperson and he did a magnificent job of showing me the vehicle I asked about and was very efficient about the delivery and sale of the Sorento I purchased. A minor problem arose after the delivery was made and Gerald Izzo (sales manager) was quick to resolve the problem in a very professional and personable manner. My experience with the finance department was also one that ran smoothly and efficiently. All personnel that I came in contact with at this dealership are very thorough and professional and I highly recommend Gemoi as a person to see if you choose Kia for your next car. I am very pleased with the transaction and all who were a part of my experience there. More

Not Satisfied at all I have bought many vehicles in this area from your competiors and have been by far more pleased than I was with your team. Serhan did what he could to salvage the sales but your service and detail team are rude and unprofetional. They had to keep my (Used) car an extra few days to get some of what they should have done the first 4 days they had it. You should take your team over to VanGannaway and get some lessons on customer service. I ended up taking to a detailer and paying myself to get it done right. I paid full price with no hagle becuse I knew the car needed a full detail. More
Glass repair company sueing my Insurance Company. While having service work done, I was approached to get a ding in my windshield replaced. Called the dealership and was promised it would be taken care of without any further hassle on my part. Did not happen. Just got off with the insurance company and the insurance company is being sued in Miami? I somebody approaches you in a dealership about fixing your windshield, tell them to get lost. Response does not help me or my insurance company. Inform your customers if third parties are doing work at your shop and take responsibility for the work and payments. More
