I called and was fortunate enough to speak to Dale. I was upfront with Dale and asked that he remain upfront with me. He was courteous, respectful and listened to what I had to say. I was referred to Daniel and Daniel was more than informative. I am not one who necessarily needs to sit in the showroom nor wants to. These two gentlemen went over and beyond to assist me with the purchase of a new car. I am in love with the car and would not hesitate to recommend Bill Bryan Kia to anyone that I am associated with. More

Going the extra Mile! I went in looking for a used vehicle, thinking I could not get into a new car, let alone the Kia Soul that I have looked at everyday on my way to work I went in looking for a used vehicle, thinking I could not get into a new car, let alone the Kia Soul that I have looked at everyday on my way to work and home again. Thanks to Zach Bell, he found a way to make that dream come true! He even went with me to my house, so I could make sure I could get my wheel-chair bound mother in and out of the Kia Soul! As far as the purchase (lease) itself was, they made sure I was comfortable with my payment and helped me select what worked for my family. Our situation was a little complicated since I am a stay at home mom in grad school, and my husband works a lot. But Dorthy, Zach, and Julius helped us complete the purchase with great flexibility. Would happily come here again. Even if you're not buying the most expensive car, you want to feel like you're a valued customer. And that exactly how you'll feel here. All the paperwork was done in a timely and efficient manner and his personality was friendly, as well. A friend of mine living in the Villages recommended their dealership as they had just purchased their Sorento from them. Very excellent, professional and rewarding experience. We did all discussions through email and a few telephone calls. Their staff was incredibly efficient. They knew everything I was trying to accomplish and we worked quickly to establish a fair price on the exact vehicle I needed. We drove up, the car was ready for pick-up, we took the car for a short drive, completed the transaction and even added the paint protection package to the deal.
