My car was held for 4 days, and not all repairs Inc the service recall were finished as pre scheduled. I was called on day of pick up and told the car was completed, Inc recall. When I arrived I was told it was actually not complete and i could ‘simply take the car to another dealership’. I live an hour away. I was not in a rush to collect the vehicle and I told them that. Makes no sense. It also took 6 hours on day of drop off to be provided a rental car. Poor communication and customer service standards. The sales team had also promised us a level 2 charger on purchase, we received a level 1. We only realised this when we used the charger as there were no identifiable names/numbers on the charger. Very disappointed. More
