Excellent Experiences -always I am delighted with the service at this dealership - wouldn't use any other. I love my Kia and love the people who work for this dealership. I was greeted the minute I pulled into the service area. Advisor came out in seconds and gave me time frame. Nice comfortable atmosphere to wait - car thoroughly checked and washed for free. Service department is a hot mess. After 5 or 6 visits they still don’t have my car fixed. I told them the issue on the first visit... it took 2 more visits before they came to the sam After 5 or 6 visits they still don’t have my car fixed. I told them the issue on the first visit... it took 2 more visits before they came to the same conclusion. Now they can’t seem to get the correct part in. They don’t seem to know what they’re doing in the service department. It’s a shame, because I have enjoyed my Kia Rio and I was seriously considering trading up for one of their larger vehicles, but I’ve completely lost my confidence in this dealership. They’ve wasted so much of my time and then they lost my spare key to boot!! More
