Very happy with my service today on my 2011 Kia Soul. I was driving and was told that my break lights were not working, I immediately turned around and went to the Kia dealer and met with Kristen in the se was driving and was told that my break lights were not working, I immediately turned around and went to the Kia dealer and met with Kristen in the service department. She was very knowledgeable about what was wrong with my car, she listened and was very helpful. She had a great personality and was very friendly and nice. I did have to wait over 2 hours for my car to be fixed, but I was ok with this since I had no appointment and I even had them do an oil change. Very happy with the dealership, my car and the service department! Thanks Kia! More
