The customer service in person, is Great! But the telephone service needs improvement. There's no one that can answer basic questions for you on the phone without the switchboard saying she' But the telephone service needs improvement. That's the only concern that I have about KIA at Leesburg. I'm a new customer and I know the importance of building a good business relationship with you Auto Dealer. So, I'm slow to complain. But your Phone system makes me feel like no one cares about the Public by phone! But the Public in Person gets greeted nicely. Nice big waiting area. Alan (I think, I'm bad with names. Cute guy with black glasses & beard) was very friendly and on-point! He estimated my wait time to be apx 2 hours, and it was less than an hour and a Cute guy with black glasses & beard) was very friendly and on-point!
