Everyone at Kia is always super helpful! We bought 2 kia spectras in 2006 and always take it to Kia of Lincoln for service and anytime there is a problem with it. I first called the dealership and that was my first interaction with Tom, he was nice and friendly and asked alot of questions. I really enjoyed my visit. Everybody was very friendly, and they worked really hard to get me approved. I love that they talk to the bank to get you approved instead of just sending the info you give them and they worked really hard to get me approved. I am giving this great rating for Kia of Lincoln because my husband and I really loved their service. We just recently bought a 2010 Kia Soul in January and Billy and Rick worked really hard with us to get my husband and I really loved their service. We just recently bought a 2010 Kia Soul in January and Billy and Rick worked really hard with us to get us the loan that we needed. Our credit rating had taken a hit due to some financial difficulties but they got it done for us. Billy and Rick were extremely friendly and helped us get the car we wanted. We absolutely love our car. We also loved the friendly staff and service we have bought cars before in the past and they look at you like vultures and always jerked us around because we are young but not Kia of Lincoln. I am even bringing my car in for an oil change in February and that is a rare for my husband to tell me to bring a car back to the dealer for an oil change, but he likes Kia of Lincoln so much. And feels that since he is gone overseas for his deployment that he knows if I take in to Kia to the maintenance done on that needs to happen while he is gone that Kia will take of care it. Thank you guys so much for the awesome sale and wonderful service. You have made my husband and I Kia of Lincoln fans and will certainly come back when we want to upgrade our just get another car. Our experience with KIA of Lincoln and working with Billy Keck was a very enjoyable experience. I bought a 2002 Jeep Sport Wrangler and haven't had any problems in the 3 years that I've had it. We live way out in the country and I've done some crazy things with it, from pulling full sized round bales into the field to the horses to blasting thru some snow drifts.
