I had waited months for a particular model and color of a 2022 Seltos. I got a call that one would arrive in early Feb. When I went in, the sales woman did show me the sticker price of approximately $28,000. 2022 Seltos. I got a call that one would arrive in early Feb. Then told me there would be a "Market Adjustment Fee", which turned out to be an additional $9000+ number to the final cost. I walked out saying that we were too far away on the price I was willing to pay. They tried to wheel and deal, give me $13,000 for my 2014 BMW X1 etc. But the bottom line was that even with the trade in, they were still asking $1000 over sticker price for a final asking price. We exchanged a couple of emails that were not very constructive and then last evening I get an email with a photo of the latest sticker price for the Seltos is nows over $50,000. I would say absolutely stay away from this dealership!!!!! More

My car has been there since July 8 2021 and I heard from Kia once since then. Nobody answers phone and no communication what so ever. This place is horrible and I will never go there again.
