AMAZING Experience! I cannot tell you how thankful I am that I came to this dealership. I was upside down on a 2017 Nissan Altima I purchased 2 years ago. I have been des I cannot tell you how thankful I am that I came to this dealership. I was upside down on a 2017 Nissan Altima I purchased 2 years ago. I have been desperately needing a bigger vehicle because I now have 3 kiddos (2 in car seats, and a teen that is sprouting like a weed right now). Because I was upside down on my loan, it made it difficult for me to get into another car with the negative equity on my car. I was told by another dealership that there would be no way to get in the car I wanted with the negative equity on my head. Lauren worked with me on the sale, and let me tell you that she was freaking amazing from start to finish! She listened to me, and was confident that they could get me a lower rate than what my credit union was offering. I was hesitant, but I truly believed she had my best interest in mind so I allowed them to check with their lenders. Alex was phenomenal on the finance end! I am so thankful for these 2. He was able to get me a lower interest rate than my credit union had offered me! Like bro, I mean if that is not amazing then I don’t know what to tell you. Moving forward, we will not be looking anywhere else for a vehicle. It is because of this experience, I am now a loyal Kia driver. More
