I took in my Kia Sorento in recently since I was noticing some issues with the transmission and alignment. Daniel was my advisor and was absolutely the best! Explained everything to me (as a girl that doesn’t know much about cars this was very helpful and appreciated) got my transmission fixed through my warranty. Didn’t pressure me to buy anything I wasn’t comfortable paying for (especially in this economy) He kept me up to date with my car and even got me a rental! Would I go back to North Austin Kia - 100%!! I would also recommend asking for Daniel. Thanks Daniel for a great experience even when I was dealing with a stressful issue with my car. ☺️ More

This dealership has been nothing but dishonest. I bought high-end blue book Kia soul from them. It was a certified preowned car. They just put lipstick on a pig. The tail lights went out. The tires I bought high-end blue book Kia soul from them. It was a certified preowned car. They just put lipstick on a pig. The tail lights went out. The tires were old. The battery was old. The paint was touched up. The compressor they gave me as the spare tire didn’t get enough power from the adapter to even blow the tire back up. They lied about the warranty clearly they did not do the 167 point inspection. I don’t trust these people as far as I can throw them. More

Our new vehicle had to be returned to the dealership for an air conditioning repair. Although this should not happen with a brand new vehicle, the Service Department quickly diagnosed the problem and repair an air conditioning repair. Although this should not happen with a brand new vehicle, the Service Department quickly diagnosed the problem and repairs were made the same day. Overall we are very happy with our new vehicle and highly recommend this dealership. Luis and Chris were a pleasure to work with and the Service Department staff was courteous and professional. Although we don’t live close to this dealership, we will be returning here for all of our service needs. More
