The process was very smooth but for those car shopping please make sure you get everything you wanted & dont let things fall thru the cracks. Biggest deal is credit. When you spend 4 yrs building your credit up to get a 0.9 rate & get reassurance from finance dept since we're using the same company the impact on your score should be 5-10 points & 6 wks later my score dropped 71 points cause of one acct closing one opening & the hard Inquiry that seems extreme & will take another 4 yrs to rebuild. This my 3rd car from here in 8 yrs my last 2 cars both came with remote starters which in 105 degrees 4 months a yr is important. This new car 6k more price point than my prev 2 it doesnt come standard & half my fault for not asking but assuming it would be there but no. Now its $800 more to put one on cause doing it somewhere else voids the warranty which is inconvenient. Less than 1k miles in I've had my SD card freeze twice causing navigation & sat radio issues. My seatbelt sensor went bad but seems to fix itself. New purchases like this supposed to be a blessing not a curse & while the process at sale was flawless, the after has been rough & people need to be prepared More

Not only is he professional, he keeps it 100. No xx, no pressure, none of that fast talkin' car salesman jibber-jabber. He is hilarious on top of that. I was prepared to purchase a used car between years 2014 - 2016 because that was something I knew I could afford. It's important to note that I've been researching car shopping for quite a while now. My co-workers can attest to this -lol Sahil was able to get me a steal on a brand new 2019 Kia Forte. Oh and if you're worried about your credit store - Don't. They honestly will work with you, this dealership have methods around that and this is from somebody who does not have the best credit. Not by a lo-o-ng shot. Let me put this in perspective so that anyone who's reading this could understand: I was able to put down a $400 cash down payment on a brand new car! Like, who does that? Oh and BTW if you don't have a way to get to the dealership? No worries, they got that covered too, boo. Yes, they will Uber your xxx there. Seriously who does that? OK, I just can't stop smiling and want to share the good news with my fellow Austinites that if I can do it, then you can too. Just remember Sahil, he is the person to ask for.
