Stay away from this dealership location! Dealing with this dealership was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. On March 28, 2019 I went in to this location, te Dealing with this dealership was the absolute worst experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. On March 28, 2019 I went in to this location, test drove a Telluride, made a $5,000 deposit, agreed to trade in terms and ordered a specific model with the trim, color and other specifics I wanted. I was told by the sales manager Jason Thompson that it would take 3 to 4 weeks to arrive. Today, June 27 I still don't have the vehicle I ordered from him ( I finally got my money back 2 months in) and gave up on believing the BS they kept giving me. Last Friday I went to their sister dealership in Round Rock and today, less than a week after placing an order with the RR location, I'm driving the exact vehicle I wanted and ordered in March!! You're only as good as your management team is and this dealership fails on every level. I contacted the GM, Ben Klein and he didn't even have the courtesy to return my call. From a customer/consumer point of view they have a very shady, deceptive way of conducting business and I'd stay away. The ownership of this group of dealerships should really take a good, hard look into how this location represents their company. I am definitely filing a complaint with KIA! More

High pressure selling. It's clear the management here drive their sales people with fear instead of motivation. We went here to look at a used car that the lot no longer had. The sales person pushed another car on us, which is fine, but when we said we wanted to think about it, we were told we needed to wait to leave. The sales person said they might get in trouble if we left. We were then told it didn't matter if we left because they already had someone who was ready to buy the car. The whole thing lasted about an hour longer than we would have liked. It might be a better experience if you're buying a new car, but don't go here if you're interested in something used! More

Great Customer Service and Maintenance I recently moved to TX and my car needed an oil change, Arturo Silva was very helpful and friendly. When you go to buy a car, there is also a feeling of wheth Excellent buying experience! Our Salesmen (Sahil Kumar) was an honest & hardworking guy. When you go to buy a car, there is also a feeling of whether or not you will get the best deal. Your family and friends will tell you all the pitfalls of what to look out for, hidden costs, misinformation, being sold something you don't need, etc. At Southwest Kia the experience was AMAZING! From the moment we walked in, the folks at the dealership weren't trying to sell me something I didn't need. They listened to what I wanted, gave me options, and walked me through the entire pricing. Many dealers we had visited in the last two weeks tried to sell us cars we didnt want or need, Southwest Kia only showed us what worked for our budget and lifestyle. When it came to finalizing the deal, the pricing was clear, easy to understand and even the small print, wasn't so small - it was clear and concise. Of course, like any car buyer, we wanted to think through the options, so we took our time, came back the next day to finalize. The moment we said we needed more time, there wasn't any angst or frustration, but simply a... "thats ok. no problem, we rather you think it over and buy a car you want for the right reasons, no rush here." Truly appreciate the car buying experience and commitment from Sahil and the Finance team. More
