Oh that RED Stinger I have bought 4 cars through this dealership and love my Kia Optima. While I was waiting for my Optima to be serviced, Colby took me for a test drive I have bought 4 cars through this dealership and love my Kia Optima. While I was waiting for my Optima to be serviced, Colby took me for a test drive in a Stinger and helped me thru the application process. Unfortunately, I had to buy a car again since I I bought a car last year and had a great experience with Wills and the finance team at Southwest Kia. H The whole environment was welcoming, Rich W. was amazing in answering every one of my questions with a smile and without putting any pressure on me. He listen to what I was looking for and didn't try to convince me to get something I didn't want. Both Rich and the gentleman who handles the finances were very pleasant and polite and helped me understand all the details I needed to know to make the best possible decision. I honestly cannot say I have ever had such a positive experience at a car dealership. The only complain I had from this experience was that my trade in value was increadibly low and I regret not selling the car on my own. Other than that I love my 2 day new car!!
