Worst sales experience-Bunch of snakes First, do not go to this dealership to even look at a vehicle. My daughter went to look at a car on their website. There was 4 of us in tow and is was Friday evening. She knew the car she wanted to look at and was already pre approved for finacing. Stanley Sneed showed her the car. When she wanted to test drive, her got in the driver seat and drove it down the road. Once we got to a stopping point, he got out and started tell us all about the car, stuff we already knew. Once we got back to the dealership, we told Stanley we are pre aproved and wanted to see what to needed to do from there. That is when Ben Kline walked up and said that she need to have her credit ran again because they don't like dealing with the lender she was using and if they used her lender, they would be charged and would have to pass that charge over to her. I later found out that that is dealer fraud and they can not do that. They kept telling her that she would be approved through there lender guaranteed. She said she didn't want to do that because she didn't want anymore hits on her credit. Then Vance Massic walked up and said he promised he would get her a low rate. Once she agreed she asked that they not run it through some of the lenders she had already spoke to. While we where there waiting, her phone went off showing the hits, and they where all the companys she had asked them not to try again. We sat there for 4 hours . It was 8:00 Pm and we where tired and ready to go home. Then another finance guy came up and started asking if she wanted to buy a new car and what color would she want! Know they are starting over from the beginning. They where unprofessional, and no one really knew what the other person was doing. DO NOT go to this place to purchase or even talk to any one. This place needs to be looked into due to there corrupt business dealings. All that time we where there and never did talk about the price of the car! More

Thanks to their help, I successfully bought a 2017 Kia Forte with an excellent price and services. Since I came from South Korea, I had trouble in communicating with them. Despite my limited English, Lori Perez patiently helped me to understand everything very clearly. She was so kind that she not only tried to help me even at very late night (almost 11 p.m.), but also escorted me as I didn't have a car. I was impressed by her professionalism and good service. Considering her service, I want to give more than 5 stars for rating. Moreover, Ben Klein, a general manager of Kia, happily offered me a new brand car with an incredible price. As I suffered from my budget, he tried to understand my situation. Without their services and offer, I could not have bought the 2017 Kia Forte. For these reasons, I strongly recommend anyone who wants to buy a car to visit Southwest Kia. I am certain that you can buy a good car with a phenomenal service and price. Called our KIA dealership in Nebraska and got the number for KIA roadside assistance we got set up right away with Southwest KIA Austin and the tow truck driver arrived a little ahead of schedule. When he loaded our vehicle We joked to the driver asking him to tell the service techs to wash and vacuum our vehicle. We were kept in the loop through phone calls by KIA throughout the process . The vehicle was fixed quickly the oil cleaned off the underbody and they washed and vacuumed our car😳and provided a courtesy shuttle to pick us up to get our car. Totally recommend this place. More
Superb customer service! I came into Capital Kia after showing interest in a used car back in January, and have been meaning to write a review ever since! The internet sales team replied to my request promptly and once I got to the dealership I was given a salesperson to work with. They knew what car I was interested in and had it ready for a test drive before I got there. Preston seemed to know every single feature of my chevy and was genuinely excited to show it to me and my daughter. I was never pressured into buying the car, and Preston even let me keep the car overnight so I could make sure it was the exact car I wanted. He followed up with me personally after I purchased the car to make sure that I was happy and stayed in touch until my plates came in. Honestly I had a bad experience at another dealership in San Antonio and was quite impressed with the professionalism from everyone I worked with at the dealership. I would definitely refer any friend or family member to Capital Kia! Thank you! I LOVE my car! More
Not helpful at all I bought a used vehicle last October, financed through 1 of my banks. My bank never received the title. I have bought many vehicles in my life (I'm not young) and have never had this lack of service with a dealership before. Believe me when I say they are not a "above and beyond" kind of place. Bare minimum!! ONE key? Because that's all they were given. And they want $250 to get another programmable key. Service Department is AWESOME!! Needless to say, when my co-worker was in the market for a NEW Kia, I steered her away from this place. Word of mouth works!! More

At the time I felt pressured to buy a car even after saying I was exhausted and I needed to think. I was there almost 5 hours. By the time I test drove three vehicles I couldn't think clearly and the car I bought did not have the features that the VIP rep told me it did. I didnt' realize that until I got home and checked car the next day. I was rushed out without the proper help with setting up all the complicated features on the new soul exclaim, Six weeks later I am still trying to set everything up. More

They advertised the vehicle at almost 16000. but when I called they said that it needed some work and that would be included in the price. I said ok and it turned out to be 3000 more then advertised price but I wanted a vett and said ok so we financed the deal Through Wells Fargo Dealer services on that day. They salesman Matthew Howell said it would be a couple days and I could get it. I told him I didn't want to be kept in the dark and to call me on the status of MY car. They took it to the Chevy dealer and it sat there for I believe 2 weeks although I was never kept in the loop They didn't call me to this day. I did get a 5 day no questions ask money back option So at the 2.5 week delay i backed out of the deal. They refunded my down payment but not Wells Fargo 19999 Payment making it impossable for me to purchase another Vehicle from a more reputable dealer When I call Cheat and Deceit they either have a full mailbox or some other excuse as to not take my call. It has been 9 days since I cancelled the deal and Still no reply or action from this Dealer I would strongly suggest that you find another dealer to deal with because this one does not know the meaning of honesty. PS I have found two more corvettes that I wanted but couldn't purchase them because of then not returning the purchase price to the Wells Fargo Dealer services. More
Horrible Customer Service-Unhelpful Staff I purchased a 2014 Kia Cadenza pre-certified vehicle from Evan Kelley from this location on November 9, 2015. As I was purchasing this vehicle, there I purchased a 2014 Kia Cadenza pre-certified vehicle from Evan Kelley from this location on November 9, 2015. As I was purchasing this vehicle, there were some details that needed to get done before I took the car. They said they would get them fixed. The next day, I went to the dealership and they told me that they had not began to do things to the car because they were concerned about a negative balance I had on my trade in. Yes I traded my 2014 Toyota Camry for a Kia thinking I was making the right choice. Anyway, when I went to speak to Evan he said that he was worried my bank would not finance the vehicle because of the negative equity. The bank had already approved me for the amount of the purchase including the negative balance. So during my purchase, they had me wait so they could do my paperwork for about 3 hours. I did not take the car. I told them that once they completed minor things they were working on I would pick up my car. A week after the purchase I took possession of the vehicle. Since the beginning, I had been having problems with the key FOB falling off the key. Because of the holidays and work schedule, I had not been able to take the key to get checked. While at work, the key FOB fell off the key and I did not realize when and were it fell until I was about to leave home for the day. I contacted the dealership and told them the situation to see if they could replace the key FOB since, I believe there was an issue with it since it was falling off constantly. I called the dealership and could not get ahold of someone in service. On the 3rd attempt, I finally got thru and spoke to a Gus. I asked if the key was covered under warranty and he said no without checking and that it was 200.00 to replace. Then I asked him to transfer me to Susan and she said that there was nothing she could do because she was finance and called service. Service never called her wo we had to walk to service. This is at 8:00 p.m. and after waiting for an hour to see Susan. Then we spoke to a Chris in service who was helpful and tried to help. He said that he couldn't do anything but that he would speak to some Carlos in the front the next day. I then called and asked Chris if he has spoken to Carlos and he said that Carlos was not in and that I would have to wait again another day and to see what he says. I then waited 2 days and I called Chris. Chris told me that he had spoken to Carlos and that Carlos said I needed to speak to a Chris who is also a manager. Then I called Chris, who as of now I have no idea what his title is and told him the situation and the issues I had been having with the FOB. Chris then asked me if I had spoken to the sales man (Evan) about the issue and I told him that I had not yet because this was an issue that I was told only service could take care of. During our conversation over the phone and without Chris telling me he was putting me on speaker with Evan I told Evan what was going on. Basically, Evan the sales man who sold us the car said I had never told him about the issue and it was not covered under warranty and that was that. After going thru all the managers, including speaking to Jason, the General Manager the night the FOB fell off, and told me that he had no idea what to do and sent me to Carlos. So the sales man ended up making the decision after wasting all my time with this issue. I aint asking for anything more that I felt they could have assisted me. I would understand if I was the one who had lost the keys, then I would understand that I would have to pay for it. But since the beginning, I have had issues with this key and one of my biggest mistakes was not returning the key when having the issues. But because of my schedule. The other mistake is downgrading from Toyota to Kia. And especially from the Capitol Kia location. They are always there when they are trying to sell you the car, but once you have issues, they throw the buck around. No one at this location seems to know what they are doing. This is also a comment that was made by several employees from this location. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service that this location has provided and I will never purchase another Kia or recommend KIA to my family and friends. You have lost my business. Keep in mind that they already got paid for the car since my car was financed thru my bank. More
