Great service, great people, great team Southwest Kia has a great service, they help us with our particular situation, Bonnie was our dealer and she tried to answer all our questions but we Southwest Kia has a great service, they help us with our particular situation, Bonnie was our dealer and she tried to answer all our questions but we know that she was new in the job. I liked the way the kia team help Bonnie in this sell because we saw that they help her with contacts to insurance, answer all customers questions, bring us food (because of all the time that we were there). Bonnie is a really nice person, she showed us all the models we wanted to buy, always welcoming and friendly. opportunities - It took to long to calculated the monthly payments for the models that we wanted. - We didn't had the final number for the monthly payment until we were signing the contract, I was not confortable with that. And only at that time they offered us a security package not giving us time to think on what was the best for us. -The video that we saw on you tube about the SUV that we bought (is a video from kia dealership), talk about more accessories that had to be included in that specific model. What happened to us is that, at the end there were not included. - The first model that we saw and liked had a price in the window (sportage night version) and later when the monthly payment came, there were extra costs that nobody told us (fee for the tires that the model had) More
