Unfortunately I did not purchase my vehicle from this dealership, but after working with their service department for some warranty repairs, I refuse to go anywhere else in Austin. They have been timely and professional with an incredible sense of hospitality. My service rep, Vardasha, has been amazing. She has been transparent and does a wonderful job of keeping lines of communication open and up to date. The realtime updates from the mechanic are a reassuring touch. They show me what they’re seeing and what needs to be done about it. The service and repairs have been timely and convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend Kia of North Austin. More

I always have a great experience here! Scheduling my appointments is always quick and easy, and bringing my car in to drop it off is hassle free. I love the perk of being able to get a taxi home while I wait for my services to be finished, or even just to run errands. Plus, I get a taxi back for free as well. I highly recommend Daniel Epstein as a service advisor as well. He is honest and upfront and does not try to haggle you. 10/10 experience everytime! More
