I still love my Kia, but today the service desk really let me down. I went in to let them know that someone there (Cody) had finally figured out what was causing my key fobs to fail when trying to open th let me down. I went in to let them know that someone there (Cody) had finally figured out what was causing my key fobs to fail when trying to open the car doors (in the same pants pocket with my iPhone and the magnet was interfering). So I had some good news to share! I went in, and only one guy, Zach, was at his desk. He looked up and acknowledged me while finishing with a customer, saying he'd "be right with me." I waited for paperwork to be printed and signed. I stood alone, waiting, so I figured I could run to the restroom really quickly. When I got back, two other people had come in and were waiting by the doors. Dammit, when Zach finished up, he went to one of the others instead of telling them that I had already been waiting. Finally, other service reps begin trickling in... first Carlos (who told me "hello") and then Kevin and Shawn. Neither of the latter said or made eye contact with me. After waiting longer, the next customer was asked to approach one of the other rep's desks. There were just two customers and four representatives, but still no one asked to help me. So I walked out. I swear, I'll still buy a Kia but I will travel to the Round Rock location after buying FOUR from this dealership. These men must know who I am (key fob guy) and perhaps it's why no one bothered to offer assistance? More
