It could be an ID10T error, but who knows. 3-Which counter should be reported to? --This was my first time to the service department. Someone has always met me at my car as soon as I drive up for service. Then, I am escorted inside and shown where to wait. I left there not trusting him and felt like he was taking advantage of me. I can now see that the work done on my car was done correctly.I still do not know why I have to return in 1000 miles so they can check it. I live about 50 miles away. It is a waist of my gas and my time, especially when I don't understand why. More
