After a courteous and equilateral conversation, Mr. Sheeks saw opportunities to further train his staff, especially in customer communications. He also educated me convincingly to the point that I will bring my car to the Round Rock location to get a clean start on any possible issues. With that kind of good leadership, neither the North Austin nor Round Rock locations will let mistakes persist. More
