John Sheeks, I gave you a second chance at your second dealership. FAIL!!! I brought in my 2018 Kia Soul for transmission problems. I had no electrical problems at al, but asked this second shop to verify or disprove the first shop -- also under John Sheeks, regional manager -- who claimed that I needed new headlights for $2700. This time, the lights were fine, but I was sold an unnecessary engine wiring harness. The advisors Anthony and Eric both assured me that the transmission investigation absolutely required a new wiring harness due to "multiple crimps". Eric told me specifically that "the wiring harness will fix your transmission, everything." Of course I didn't need a new wiring harness. You gouged me for $3700, and then Anthony and your mechanics gave different, shifting reasons for needing a new wiring harness. Shame, shame, shame on you, John Sheeks. You were the one who told me about YOUR OWN service staff: "They go to training, hear about wiring harness, and then think every car needs one for every problem."
