RUDE.....didn't listen to my car concern....got me stuck all of 10 days for a broken off ignition key....my wife towed it to them, I told them I would send a locksmith over to remove the key but when he arr all of 10 days for a broken off ignition key....my wife towed it to them, I told them I would send a locksmith over to remove the key but when he arrived he found that their service department had everything unassembled and also rammed a screwdriver into the ignition and fouled it up....spent thanksgiving without a car and got nothing but bad attitude from a company that just DOESNT LISTEN to it's customers.....a totally lousy experience!!!! More

On two separate occassions I had service needs for my Optima (which I had bought elsewhere) and the timeliness and friendliness of the staff was superb.
