Personnel very helpful; however it is very frustrating that I am still waiting on the HECU fuse for my Kia when the URGENT SAFETY RECALL notice went to the corporation in September, the recall notices we that I am still waiting on the HECU fuse for my Kia when the URGENT SAFETY RECALL notice went to the corporation in September, the recall notices went out to the vehicle owners mid-late November & the part is still not available by the end of December.
