I sent in an online request on your website for someone to contact me about a K5 and within 10 minutes Cody called me to get to know me and find out how he could help. He asked if I wanted to make an appoi to contact me about a K5 and within 10 minutes Cody called me to get to know me and find out how he could help. He asked if I wanted to make an appointment to see him, and the next day he met me with one new and one 2021 K5. He is a very nice young man and handled the entire experience professionally. I came in to shop around and I ended up having a new car within 3 hours. He gave me a "tour" of all the car's features and answered all my questions. The only question I now have, after reading the manuals and driving the car, is should I have received two smart keys? I received one and thought what if that key gets misplaced or lost? Every car I ever bought came with 2 keys. Otherwise, I always come to the dealer I buy a car from for regular oil changes and other maintenance. So next I will see how your service department rates. :) More

During this time, Chris was promoted to Sales Manager so we worked with Steve Bruer for the actual purchase. Steve was also polite, courteous and very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its options. These things are rare with car salesman. The other dealerships we visited did not listen to what we were saying and it was obvious they only cared about a sale regardless of what we actually wanted.
